PRO-TEX

Pro-Tex provides a realistic idea of the finished product.
A film engraved with the chosen textures and colours is used to cover a prototype of the product.
This enables the customer to see and assess what the end product will be like before photoengraving the mould.

Pel Plastic offers two version:

We engrave a large or small plate that has been injected with resin as this ensures an identical rendering of the end mould.

Although more inexpensive and faster, this method still delivers a good level of definition and product simulation.

RENDERING

This technique enables us to assess how a texture will perform on a certain surface or compare two or more textures on the same object.

We use a structured three-phase process to work closely with customers and satisfy all their requirements:

DESIGN: We meet with the customer, analyse their requests and gather the relevant information so we can figure out the best possible options together.

CUSTOMISATION: We produce moodboards and mould prototypes as realistically as possible so we can assess the results of the end product.

DEFORMING

This technique involves deforming and shaping an uneven texture to adapt it to complex surfaces.

MORPHING

Morphing enables us to progressively change from one texture to another on the same surface using a series of gradual, almost imperceptible, steps.

NANOTEC

This laser technique involves engraving a complex texture which reflects back multiple shades of colour when hit by the light.
